TEEJET SPRAY TIPS
TT (Turbo Tee)
Large, rounded internal passage to minimize clogging. 15° attack angle for better canopy penetration. Substantially longer wear life.

XP (Boomjet Flat Spray)
Extra wide spray pattern - up to 5.5 meters - using a single nozzle. BSPT male threads.

TTJ (Turbo TwinJet)
Dual outlet design produces two 110° flat fan spray patterns. The angle between each spray pattern is 60° forward and back.

​
XR (Xtended Range Flat Spray)
Reduces drift at lower pressures, better coverage at higher pressures.

​
AI (Air Induction Flat Spray)
Produces larger air-filled droplets through a Venturi air aspirator, more resistant to drift.

AIXR (Air Induction Xtended Range)
Produces air-filled droplets through a Venturi air aspirator.

SJ3 (Multiple Solid Stream)
Excellent for application of liquid fertilizer. Features three solid streams of equal velocity and capacity, virtually eliminating drift.

Commonly installed in double or single swivel nozzle bodies. Because these bodies are adjustable for angular position, a wide spray swath is easily obtained.

WILGER SPRAY TIPS
​
Ideal for Pulse Width Modulation spraying, which is a spraying system where the flow rate for individual nozzles is controlled by a pulsing solenoid at each nozzle. The solenoid shuts nozzle flow on and off up to 100 times per second, allowing PWM systems to maintain a constant pressure in the spray line irrespective of speed. Constant pressure maintains droplet size and spray quality over a range of speeds.
